GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Fee is applicable per apartment per night and is payed by guests directly upon check-out:

AED 40 for 2 Bedroom Apartment

AED 60 for 3 Bedroom Apartment

RATES VALIDITY

Reservations of 9 (nine) or more rooms are considered a group booking. The contracted rates outlined above do not
apply to group bookings.

NEW YEAR POLICY

Half Board (Lunch OR Dinner) and Full Board (Lunch AND Dinner) reservations for 31.12 will only be served with lunch.

New Year Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31.12

Minimum stay is 4 nights during 28.12-31.12

Reservations including dates 28.12-31.12 are NON-Refundable:

In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure - 100% of stay charges is Non-Refundable from the day booking made.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Individual transfers from / to Dubai International Airports can be provided at AED 170 net per car, per way, max 2 adults, on airport drop-off and pick-up service from DXB airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3 and AED 250 from and to Al Maktoum Airport

ACCOMODATION FEATURES

Baby cot can be provided on complimentary basis subject to availability

Same floor or twin-bedded booking request is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: The amount of the entire stay will be charged in full.

NAME CHANGES: No guest name changes will be accepted for this contract, any name change to an existing booking will result in a change of rate to the one available at the time of the amendment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-in time: 15:00

• Check-out time: 12:00

Arrivals before 9:00 hrs will be held and charged from the previous night (subject to availability).

For late check-out between 12:00 – 18:00hrs, a 50% charge of the guest room rate will be applicable.

For late check out after 18:00 hrs, a one night accommodation charge will be applicable.

For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by The Apartment & Residences guest and not covered by the Supplier, the Best Available Rate of the day will be applicable & paid directly by the guest.

- Complimentary access to the fitness centre, outdoor pool, kids play area.
- Complimentary access to the Business Centre on daily basis (operating hours from 9:00 hrs to 18:00hrs).
